Babble and Dabble Days have become a popular feature of MTF’s events calendar. Now extended to 4 times a year, we come together to meet and see each others work, talk about it informally, exchange ideas, share our doubts, aspirations, obsessions, tea and coffee and cake!
We start the day with a 20 - 30 minute ’spotlight’ talk by one of our members. Following this we each talk about our work if we want to, show any new pieces, work in progress and ideas etc to help to develop it and take it forward. It is all very informal.
Places are limited for this very popular event and are allocated on a first come first served basis.

Babble & Dabble days are held at the Birmingham and Midland Institute, which is in the centre of Birmingham and easily reached by both public transport and car. http://www.bmi.org.uk/map.html There is also a cafe in the building and it’s right on the doorstep of the Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery http://www.bmag.org.uk/
