I was a professional ceramist for 20 years before becoming a full time textile artist 5 years ago. My work is constructed from my own painted and dyed fabrics, some puchased fabric and stitch, both hand and machine. The title often comes first, inspiring the piece, but I have many inspirations. I make framed work and hangings, and teach workshops.
